This year I am offering a whole host of workshops, retreats and trainings...  open to all levels... we will go on a journey together.

I will be hosting several Chakra
Healing trainings in Bhagsu, north
India and some one-off workshops. There will also be workshops in London over the summer.

Later in the year, I will be teaching one-off workshops in Arambol, several Chakra Healing trainings, some two-day workshops in south Goa at the beautiful Harmonic space overlooking Patnem and at the renowned Brahmani, the heart of yoga in Goa.

Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness. It gives us so many tools to see our true essence, to remember our own consciousness, to fulfil our potential, to trust our path. By remembering your true essence, you are becoming a master of your body, your mind and your life. Your energy is so charged, that you even have the ability to provoke and elevate others. The more receptive you become, the more opportunities you realize and you can move gracefully into the reality you create.
